Searching for data in Altamira HRM has been designed so as to offer a similar user experience regardless of the data being searched. You can search for data using a keyword based quick search, using a structured advanced search form and using saved searches to quickly recall complex or frequently used searches.
The search engine is available from the search box that is positioned at the top of the application. The search box has the following elements:
- Quick search: the quick search field for rapid text based searching
- Advanced search: brings up the advanced search form for structured fields based searching
- Saved search: displays the saved search menu
- Search results: the number of items found and whether the current result set is filtered
Quick search and advanced search using a structured search form, are available throughout the platform. Saved searches are only available in sections where Forms & Views is used to display and edit data.
