You can associate tasks and meetings with clients. When you view or print a client you will have all the task and meetings associated with the client grouped together.
To associate a task or meeting with a client
- Click on Other > Clients
- Search for the client using the Quick search field or the Advanced search form
- Click on the edit icon
- Click on the New > Task or New > Meeting link available at the top left in the context menu
- The task or meeting form form will be displayed with the client field already filled. Fill in the other fields as required
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the form
