When the number of CV in the database exceeds the limit available, you will see this message:
WARNING - The number of CVs in your database exceeds the number of CVs purchased, therefore all excess CVs are blocked.
To check the number of CVs available for your account, you can check yourcontract or the Account Overview report (from Reports > Report List > Account Overview > Number of CVs).
Even if the maximum number of available applications has been exceeded, the database will continue to receive and store CVs. These are visible in the list, but cannot be opened as they are not clickable. On the other hand, the old CVs that fall within the limit number will always remain visible.
To unlock the database you can:
- Extend the capacity of the CV database by requesting commercial support to the Sales team at email@example.com
- Delete old CVs by sorting them by date, using the Advanced Search filter. (Keep in mind that also the CV cancellation workflow according to the GDPR regulation contributes to eliminating the oldest CVs at the set deadline)
